Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours of order placement, excluding weekends or holidays. On rare occasions, typically during major holidays, orders may take up to 3 days to process and ship.
The time it takes for a package to be delivered is the estimated delivery time PLUS 1-2 business days for processing. However, Juniper & Lark is not responsible for an order that is not delivered within the estimated delivery time as weather, holidays, customs clearance and other issues are beyond our control.
International taxes, duties, and fees: Please be aware that additional taxes, duties or fees may apply to your order. Any taxes, duties or fees is the responsibility of the customer.

Your satisfaction with my ceramic items is very important to me. If your purchase fails to meet your expectations, I will gladly accept returns according to the following policies:
Item damaged in shipment: Every order is packed carefully to ensure that all items arrive at your door safely. In the rare event that your order is damaged during shipping, please contact me promptly.
Item purchased by you: If you are dissatisfied with your purchase once you receive it, within 7 days of it’s receipt, you may return the item. Upon receipt of the item in salable condition, I will replace the item with an item of equal value OR credit your purchase based on the original form of payment. (Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable, and I do not cover the cost of return shipping.)
